“Land Appreciation & Regional Economic Analysis” is a detailed study of the property values over the past five years in Antelope Valley in California. In a review of over 9,000 transactions reveal an average property annual appreciation rate of 45%. The median property annual appreciation rate was 33% and 90% of land had a positive appreciation. The study was done by Sevada Hemelians, an experienced real estate professional with an active real estate consulting practice of more than five years.
